clean room convenient location service charge slow service
On arrival, the room was clean and spacious enough. The location was convenient for accessing public transport. I found the proximity to the tube station very handy though the street was busy.
I found a 5% discretionary service charge added to the final bill. This was quite unexpected! The added charge was great. The breakfast service was also slow.

amazing pool quality toiletries great location
The lap pool was amazing. it offered a great view and a good workout space. the room amenities included a coffee maker. Bathroom toiletries were high quality. the location is fantastic and very accessible.
i found the discretionary charge at checkout a surprise. it felt unusual.

unpleasant tone unmet expectations
The staff were efficient and helpful. Everything was well thought out.
I booked a two night stay. I scrolled through some pictures and thought all rooms had a soaking tub. I called the operator and the woman who picked up had a very unpleasant tone. IT was not the kind of service i expected.

clean room friendly staff
the room was clean. i found staff from every department super friendly and efficient. staff members were always available to assist with requests or provide recommendations.
i was surprised to be told on checkout about a five percent discretionary charge added to the bill. i found this unusual and not customer-friendly. i believe the offered room rate should cover all costs.
